One of our longest continuously serving team members, Liam joined entrustIT in 2011 as an Information Communications Technician Level 3 Apprentice. He completed his apprenticeship in 2013 and became a 2nd line technician in the same year, supporting our clients on the Citrix platform.
In 2017, he transitioned to a 3rd line technician, responsible for managing the server infrastructure that underpinned our cloud environments.
Throughout the Covid and post-Covid period, Liam assumed increasingly responsibility for delivering complex projects. As the world adjusted to a new way of work Liam helped deliver a number of critical projects that kept our customers working. This led to him taking the role of Projects Lead in 2023.
In this position, Liam is responsible for managing our projects team and has successfully managed dozens of business-critical digital transformation projects for our customers.
Liam is a Microsoft and Citrix certified technician.
Outside of the office, Liam is an avid follower of AFC Bournemouth and has a young family.
