Ian’s passion for technology came early in life, where he spent his childhood experimenting with computers. Upon leaving college he spent some time working in an IT team for a college in Finland before returning to the UK to spend most of his career working in the IT team for HM Prison Service. This was a tough environment, with strong security demands
Ian joined entrustIT early in 2020. His experience delivering projects in complex working environments is valuable to the projects team in our South East region, where he leads a team of engineers.
Outside of the office, Ian is a petrolhead, as well as a lover of the outdoors – he likes to spend time biking, hiking, and driving across Wales and the South East.
