Josh’s journey with the entrustIT began in 2009 as apprentice. He completed his Information Communications Technician Level 3 in 2011 and worked on our service desk supporting our clients on the Citrix platform.
In 2012, he left the company and worked at a local council as a 2nd line technician, travelling around the county resolving IT issues at various council offices.
In 2014, he returned to entrustIT, this time as a 3rd line technician, assisting in managing the server infrastructure powering our cloud environments. However, Josh discovered he had a passion for people and began mentoring new apprentices, fully transitioning to a service desk manager in 2018.
In 2021, as entrustIT continued to grow, Josh took a new position as Group Service Manager. He is responsible for service delivery and client relations across the entire group, and ensures that we meet our SLA targets. Under his watch, we have consistently posted improvements in customer satisfaction and ticket resolution times.
Josh holds qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute, and is a Microsoft and Citrix certified technician.
Outside of the office, Josh is a keen golfer and an avid follower of Chelsea FC.
