Based in Farnham, Surrey
As an IT Support Engineer at Tiva IT Solutions (part of the entrustIT group), you will be part of our back office team serving our customers. You will handle over-the-phone and on-site support and troubleshooting. This is a strongly service oriented role and much of the workload arises from customer calls, web-based contacts and emails which are recorded and managed by a central service desk system.
Who we’re looking for
This is a customer facing role so we are looking for people with excellent communication skills, fluency in English is a requirement. You will often be the first point of contact for our customers so professionalism and confidence is extremely important.
