Estuary Services Limited have selected entrustIT’s Hosted Desktops.
Estuary Services Limited is a company jointly owned by the Port of London Authority and Port of Sheerness Limited to provide a boarding and landing service for pilots joining and leaving ships trading to London and Medway. The company operates fast launches based at Ramsgate and Sheerness. These launches are also available to transfer ships crews, personnel and small stores to and from vessels. To enable them to focus on their core functions, Estuary Services needed reliable, stable, safe IT services without the need to invest in in-house IT skills. After examining various alternatives, they decided that a cloud based, hosted service could provide a solution.
