Over the weekend of 28th/29th March, entrustIT successfully brought onstream an additional data centre to increase performance and resilience for all our existing customers. At the same time, the new facility, based in Reading, Berks, creates additional capacity to cope with increasing demand for our services. Despite the economic downturn, the entrustIT sales team have seen a 300% increase in enquiries in the first three months of 2009 and the need for more capacity was becoming urgent. CEO Jeff Dodd comments "spending to increase facilities in the current economic climate is something that we are pleased to be able to do. As more and more companies look to control the cost of IT we anticipate further increases in demand. The strength of our core business and our belief in our product range allows us to plan for the future and spend accordingly".
