Use the links below to download the client applications necessary to connect to the entrust & extrasys hosted services.

Please note :  although our services do support Apple Mac, we are reliant on third party software to manage the connection process. This software frequently lags behind the Windows equivalent and for that reason we recommend either a thin client or Windows PC as a connection device.

Connecting to the entrust Desktop and Application Centre :

Remote Desktop Services (or Terminal Services) users
All versions of Windows above XP have the client software pre-installed, you can download a connection settings file from here. This will still require a valid username and password to connect.

Citrix Users on Windows
For Citrix connections (recommended for most users) you will require client software which can be downloaded from here. Follow the on-screen instructions for the installation and when prompted for a servername enter www.entrustit.co.uk. You will require a valid username and password for the service.

Citrix Users on Apple Mac
For Citrix connections (recommended for most users) you will require client software which can be downloaded from here. Follow the on-screen instructions for the installation and when prompted for a servername enter www.entrustit.co.uk. You will require a valid username and password for the service. PLEASE NOTE Mac users do not require the print client described below.

File Synchronisation
To enable synchyronisation of files between a local Windows workstation and our datacentre environments we provide a secure FTP service. The software to synchronise can be downloaded here, however we must have enabled this feature on your account for it to work. If you wish to use this facility, download the software and then contact our support desk via email or by phone at +44 (0)870 383 0046

VoIP Telephony Toolbar
To manage your entrustVoIP solution you can install our telephony toolbar which plugs into your browser and Microsoft Outlook. The software can be downloaded here
