The Directors of entrustIT are experienced in every level of Business and  IT Operations and Strategy. Working together for over twenty years, they have designed, built and operated datacentres delivering IT and telephony services to thousands of users at locations all over the UK.

Jeff Dodd MBCS, Managing Director
Initially an Operations Director, Jeff became the IT Director of the newly formed Towergate Underwriting Group in 1998. In 2001he moved on to become IT & Facilities Director for another startup venture - The Folgate Partnership Limited,  a company eventually employing 2,000 people and with a turnover of £750M.

Jeff has been involved in the acquisition of over 90 companies, including the provision of new IT systems and integration projects involving hundreds of staff at a time. He has designed and implemented brand new IT architecture on many occasions, latterly using thin client technology from a series of data centres.  He is also a qualified Prince2 Project Manager and a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Matthew Dodd, Technical Director
From a foundation in electronics engineering, Matthew developed a rich base of  IT skills across the Financial sector, branching into specialist consultancy in 1990. His career spans disciplines as varied as software development, infrastructure, consulting, technical training, service delivery and IT best practice management.

Matthew has a broad and varied experience of Windows & Unix server environments, server-based computing, networking and all aspects of Internet technologies. As well as being a Prince2 Project Manager he holds qualifications in ITIL service management, as well as technical certifications with Microsoft, Cisco, Novell,Citrix and others.
